Iranian movie 'No Date, No Signature' bags another award at International Film Festival in Belgrade.

Iranian movie 'No Date, No Signature' has bagged another award at International Film Festival in Belgrade.

Directed by Vahid Jalilvand, the movie has won jury prize at Belgrade International Film Festival in Serbia.

Vahid Jalilvand's 'No Date, No Signature' which has, so far, won multiple awards at different national and international film festivals has received the Jury prize at the 36th Belgrade International Film Festival.

The flick has won several awards including Best Screenplay Award at the 28th edition of the Stockholm Film Festival in Sweden.

The film won both its director, Jalilvand and its star, Mohammadzadeh the Orizzonti Award for Best Director and Best Actor at the Venice International Film Festival in Italy.

“Kaveh Nariman is a coroner in the medical examiner's office. One day at his work he meets a corpse which is very familiar to him,” the flick brief synopsis read.

The first FEST, under the slogan "A Brave New World" was opened on January 9, 1971 in Dom Sindikata. Envisioned as the annual review of the best films of the season, the Belgrade International Film Festival - FEST – evolved to become one of the most important festivals on the continent and a pillar event of Belgrade's cultural life and an indispensable element in the coming of age of many generations of film fans.

The 36th Belgrade International Film Festival was held February 23 to March 4, 2018.
